PETROL ENGINE
In each compartment of the fuel tank there is a sensor of indication of level of fuel.
Removal
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. Merge fuel from a tank. If only one sensor is dismantled, then it is necessary to merge fuel only from this compartment. |
2. Remove a drain fuel-supply line (74) with a standard clip (011). |
3. Remove a drain fuel-supply line on a basic plate of the fuel level sensor (B4/1). For this purpose weaken and shift a hose clip back.
Prevention
Collect the flowed-out fuel by rags or merge in suitable capacity. Close connecting input of the pipeline a suitable stopper, or insert into a hose a pure bolt with a suitable diameter of a carving.

4. Unscrew a round nut (89/1). In auto repair shop the special tsapfovy key is for this purpose applied. If you have no such key, insert a suitable plastic wedge in vents of a safety ring and weaken a ring easy blows of the hammer.
Prevention
Do not apply metal because of danger of emergence of a spark.

5. Take the fuel level sensor. |
6. Remove pipelines (88/3) and (88/4) from the jet soaking-up pump on the fuel level sensor. |

Installation
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. Get pipelines (88/3) and (88/4) on the fuel level sensor. |
2. Install the fuel level sensor, having equipped it with the new pro-thinned-out consolidation so that thorns of the sensor entered gearing in grooves (88/2) of the fuel tank. |
3. Put a tsapfovy key the round clamp with of 55 N.' moment of m. |
4. Spread a drain hose and record it a hose collar, remove a hose clip. |
5. Fill in fuel and at the working engine check tightness of all points of connection. |

DIESEL ENGINE
In each compartment of the fuel tank there is one fuel level sensor.
Removal
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. Merge fuel from a tank. If the sensor is only removed, then it is necessary to release its clips only. |
2. Disconnect a standard clip (011) of the drain fuel line (70). |
3. Remove the drain line from a locking plate of the fuel level sensor. For this purpose weaken and shift hose clips back.
Prevention
Collect by rags the following remains of fuel or catch them in a suitable vessel. Close a flange of the pipeline a stopper, for example, a pure bolt with a suitable diameter of a carving which insert into the pipeline.

4. Turn off a nut (89). In auto repair shop the special tsapfovy wrench is for this purpose applied. If there is no such key, then put a suitable plastic wedge in a groove of a safety ring and weaken a ring easy blows of the hammer.
Prevention
Do not use metal: danger of sparking!

5. Take the fuel level sensor. |
6. Remove pipelines (90) from the ejector pump on the fuel level sensor. |

Installation
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. Get the pipeline (90) on the fuel level sensor. |
2. Install the fuel level sensor with a new profile sealing ring (89/1) so that pins of the sensor entered gearing in grooves of the fuel tank. |
3. Screw an eye nut a tsapfovy wrench with m 55 N.' moment. |
4. Put on a drain fuel hose and record it a clip for a hose. Remove the plug from a hose. |
5. Fill in fuel and check tightness of all junctions at the working engine. |
