GENERAL INFORMATION

2,0 l diesel engine

Diesel engine 2,2 / 2,5 of l

24. Accelerator pedal
31/1. The directing lever
32. Cable of management of gas
32/3. Adjusting bolt
38. Emphasis of the lever of a butterfly valve

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Check the adjusting lever, connecting draft and a cable of management of gas for ease of the course and damage. Replace the damaged details.

Adjustment on the idling mode (the pedal of an accelerator (224) is not pressed)

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Weaken a six-sided bolt (c) on connecting draft (200) of the hydrovalve.
2. Weaken a nut (204/1) on a spherical head of connecting draft (204).
3. Until then rotate an adjusting nut until the roller (215) in the kulisny lever without tension lies down on a trailer emphasis.
Prevention

After adjustment between a plate the spring (226) and the spring (227) should not be a gap.

4. Tighten a nut (204/1) on a spherical head of connecting draft.
5. Automatic transmission: hang a spherical thrust bearing of a cable of management (211) without tension. For this purpose pull a cable of management to notable resistance. Rotate a bolt (211/1) until the hummock drive podvisnt without tension.
6. Rotate the directing lever (d) of the hydrovalve until he lies down on the idling limiter.
7. Stretch connecting draft (200) on the riveted party until the free wheeling is established.
8. Tighten a bolt with a six-sided head (c).

Regulation of full gas (mechanical transmission)

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Rotating to the left, uncouple an emphasis of the lever of a butterfly valve (216) in space for legs. Slowly squeeze out a pedal of an accelerator (224) until the control lever directly reaches an emphasis of the lever of a butterfly valve (shooter) on the pump of nozzles.
2. In this situation, rotating to the right, record an emphasis of the lever of a butterfly valve (216) in internal space.

Regulation of full gas (automatic transmission)

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Squeeze out a pedal of an accelerator (224) against the stop without actuating of the switch of an accelerator (S16/7).
2. Rotate the adjusting screw (232) until the control lever directly reaches an emphasis of a butterfly valve (shooter) on the fuel pump of nozzles.

Regulation of a cable of management of gas

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Check the adjusting lever and a cable of management of gas for ease of the course and damage. Replace the damaged details.

Regulation in the idling mode (the pedal of an accelerator is not pressed)

PERFORMANCE ORDER
Rotate an adjusting bolt until the directing lever without tension lies down on the limiter of the course (and).

Regulation of full opening of a butterfly valve (mechanical transmission)
PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Rotating to the left, uncouple an emphasis of the lever of a butterfly valve (38) in space for legs and extend a persistent bolt a little.
2. Slowly squeeze out an accelerator pedal until the directing lever directly reaches an emphasis of the lever of a butterfly valve (b) limiting its maximum opening.
3. Rotating to the right, record in this situation an emphasis of the lever of a butterfly valve in internal space.
