GENERAL INFORMATION

Engines of the S-class are equipped with electronic system of ignition and injection of fuel. Regulation by system of ignition and injection is carried out by one general control device. In this section the system of injection is in more detail described.

All details of system of injection are stable operation for a long time and do not demand complex maintenance therefore also repair work is performed extremely seldom. Essential adjusting and repair work can be performed only when using expensive control devices and existence of the corresponding professional knowledge so these works can be performed only respectively by the equipped specialized automobile repair shops.
