Control

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Install the cylinder 1 on 20 ° after VMT. Instruction: in this situation (20 ° after VMT) it is possible to turn camshafts at the removed managing director of a chain without contact of valves with the piston basis.
2. Uncover a head of the block of cylinders.
	3. Fix camshafts. For this purpose enter the fixing pins (01) through an opening (shooter) in a cover of the bearing of camshafts 1 and 6 into an opening of a flange of camshafts. If it is impossible to insert the fixing pins, adjust basic provisions of camshafts.
Prevention For the 2,2 l engine turn the regulator of cam-shafts about a gear wheel of the inlet camshaft (75) in situation "spat" (late) against the stop in the direction of rotation of the camshaft (shooter).

Adjustment

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. The cylinder 1 costs on 20 ° after VMT of ignition and the head of the block of cylinders is uncovered.

2. Remove forward covers.

3. Remove a natyazhitel of a chain.

4. Unscrew a gear wheel of the final camshaft a wrench with T40 nozzle, holding a cam-shaft at a hexagon. Remove a camshaft gear wheel.

5. Remove the operating chain from a gear wheel of the final camshaft.

6. Turn camshafts a wrench until it is possible to enter the fixing pins.

7. Establish a chain wheel and impose a chain.

8. Establish a natyazhitel of a chain.

9. Double-check a basic position of camshafts. If necessary repeat adjustment.

10. Establish forward covers of camshafts.

11. Establish a cover of a head of the block of cylinders.
