Removal
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. Disassemble the hydraulic coupling of the fan of the cooling system. |
2. Merge cooling liquid in suitable capacity. |
3. Remove from the pump of system of liquid cooling 3 hoses for cooling liquid. Previously completely open and shift clips back. |
4. Weaken, without turning out, bolts on a pulley of the pump of system of liquid cooling. |
5. Take off maple a ridge belt. |
6. Unscrew and remove a pulley of the pump of system of liquid cooling. |

7. 6-cylinder engine: turn out bolts (263/264) on the block of cylinders of the engine and remove the pump of system of liquid cooling. |
8. Carefully clear sealing surfaces on a pump housing and a cover of a case of the steering mechanism. |

Installation
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. Screw the pump of system of liquid cooling, using new paper sealing laying.
Prevention
At the plant the pump is sealed with the liquid condensing means. At assembly it is possible to apply paper sealing laying or the liquid condensing means, for example, of Loctite. At the same time grease sealing surfaces on the pump of system of liquid cooling with the condensing means evenly and, whenever possible, thin layer.

2. Screw a pulley of the pump of liquid cooling. |
3. Put on maple a ridge belt. |
4. Tighten to the full bolts on a pulley of the pump of liquid cooling. |
5. Spread all hoses for supply of cooling liquid and record them clips. |
6. Install the hydraulic coupling of the fan of the cooling system. |
7. Fill in cooling liquid. |

Removal
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. Disconnect a weight(s) wire from the rechargeable battery.
Prevention
At the same time the anticreeping code of radio is erased.

2. Remove the hydraulic coupling of the fan of the cooling system. |
3. Merge cooling liquid in pure capacity. |
4. Weaken, without unscrewing, system pump pulley bolts. |
5. Take off maple a ridge belt. |
6. Unscrew and take a pulley of the pump of system of liquid cooling. |
7. Remove from the pump hoses (3) and (4) for supply of cooling liquid. Previously completely open collars and shift them back. |
8. Remove the generator. |
9. Unscrew a generator rack. |
10. Unscrew a pump housing of system of liquid cooling and remove it together with the pump. At removal of the case remove the recirculation fuel pipeline. |
11. Unscrew and extend the pump of system of liquid cooling. |
12. Carefully clear the sealing surfaces of the pump of system of liquid cooling, its case and block of cylinders of the engine. |

Installation
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. Screw the pump of system of liquid cooling with new paper laying with m 10 N.' moment. |
2. Screw a pump housing of system of liquid cooling with new paper laying with m 10 N.' moment. At the same time spread the recirculation fuel pipeline, previously moisten a sealing ring with cooling liquid, do not apply oil. |
3. Screw a generator rack with m 25 N.' moment. |
4. Install the generator. |
5. Spread all hoses for supply of cooling liquid and record them collars. |
6. Screw a pulley of the pump of system of liquid cooling. |
7. Establish maple a ridge belt. |
8. Screw up a pulley of the pump of system of liquid cooling with 10 N.' moment of m and, respectively, with m 15 N.' moment in case of bolts with an internal torsion head. |
9. Install the hydraulic coupling of the fan. |
10. Fill in cooling liquid. |
11. Attach a weight wire to the plug of the rechargeable battery. |
12. Expose time on hours. |
13. Enter an anticreeping code of radio. |
