Removal
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. Turn off Rozhkov a key a cap nut, at the same time by means of a countersupport clamp a pump pulley for supply of cooling liquid.
Prevention
The nut has the left carving.

2. Extend the hydraulic coupling together with the fan. |
3. Unscrew 3 fixing bolts and separate the fan from the coupling. |

Installation
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. Connect the coupling to the fan.
Prevention
The correct assembly position of the fan is defined by means of the welded-on edge.

2. Screw the hydraulic coupling with m 10 N.' moment. |
3. Insert the hydraulic coupling together with the fan and screw with the moment in 40 N. m. For this purpose the dynamometer wrench with a nozzle of a rozhkovy wrench is required.
Prevention
The nut has the left carving.

6-CYLINDER PETROL ENGINE
Removal
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. Remove a fan casing. |
2. Unscrew a bolt (3) on the hydraulic coupling of the fan. At the same time hold a pulley from rotation to the opposite side by means of a self-made key on a lyska of a disk (6). |
3. Take the fan together with the hydraulic coupling. |

Installation
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. Thus insert the coupling fan that the welded-on number of a detail was ahead from a radiator. |
2. Screw the coupling fan with m 45 N.' moment, at the same time hold a pulley from rotation to the opposite side. |
3. Establish a fan casing. |

2,0 / 2,2 L DIESEL ENGINE
Removal
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. Unscrew (And) a cap nut (2a) a wrench (5), at the same time record a pulley of the pump of system of liquid cooling by means of a countersupport (9).
Prevention
The nut has the left carving.

2. Take the hydraulic coupling (2) together with the fan (1). |
3. Unscrew three fixing bolts (3) and separate the fan from the coupling. |

Installation
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. Insert the coupling into the cooling system fan. By means of a ledge on a ring of the fan the correct assembly position of the fan is defined. Marking of "VORNE FRONT" specifies in the direction of the movement. |
2. Screw the hydraulic coupling of the fan with m 10 N.' moment. |
3. Insert the coupling into the fan of the cooling system and together screw them on a pump shaft for supply of cooling liquid with m 45 N.' moment. For this purpose the dynamometer key with a nozzle of a rozhkovy key 36 is required.

The nut has the left carving.

Removal
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. Remove a casing of the fan and lay it over the cooling system fan. |
2. Unscrew the hydraulic coupling together with the cooling system fan, including a bolt with an internal hexagon. At the same time hold a pulley by means of a countersupport. |
3. Extend the fan (1) together with the coupling (2) and its casing up. |
4. Unscrew the fan with four bolts (4) from the hydraulic coupling. |

Installation
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. Insert the hydraulic coupling into the fan of the cooling system and screw it with m 10 N.' moment.
Prevention
Marking of "VORNE FRONT" specifies in the direction of the movement.

2. Put together the coupling with the fan of the cooling system and a fan casing. |
3. Screw the coupling fan with m 45 N.' moment, at the same time stop a pulley. |
4. Mount and adjust a fan casing. |
