The oil reducing valve is in the channel between the camera of absorption and the camera of compression of the oil pump. If oil pressure over 5 bars, the valve opens, and a part of oil can back join the camera of absorption of the pump. If at the normal level of oil its pressure is not enough, check the valve.

PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. Disassemble the oil pallet. |
2. Unscrew a screw stopper SW22 wrench.
Prevention
The screw stopper is under pressure of a spring of compression and can easily jump out.

3. Take a compression spring, the directing finger and the piston.
Prevention
The rigid or jammed piston can be taken by means of ring pincers.

4. Clean an opening in the oil pump and blow compressed air. |
5. Several times move the piston of an opening of the oil pump backwards-forward. If the piston moves hardly, slightly level it a polishing cloth. |

Installation
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. If you replace the piston, then check ease of its course in an opening. If necessary, remove agnails in the piston with an emery cloth. |
2. Install the piston with the directing finger and a new spring of compression. |
3. Screw up a screw stopper without sealing ring and tighten with the moment 50 N. of m. |

DIESEL ENGINE
The oil reducing valve is in the connecting channel between cameras of compression and absorption of the oil pump. If pressure exceeds 5 bars, the valve opens, and a part of oil is poured in the soaking-up camera. The valve should be checked if at the normal level of oil its pressure too low.

PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. Remove the oil pallet. |
2. Unscrew a screw stopper.
Prevention
The screw stopper is under pressure of a spring of compression and can easily jump out.

3. Take a compression spring, the directing finger and the piston.
Prevention
Take out the rigid or jammed piston by means of an external ring grip.
|
4. Clean the cylinder of the oil pump and blow compressed air. |
5. Several times move the piston in the cylinder of the oil pump backwards-forward. If the piston hard moves in the cylinder, then slightly polish the piston on a fabric pritir. |

Installation
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. If the piston is replaced with new, check the new piston for ease of the course in the cylinder. In case of need remove agnails on the piston with an emery cloth. |
2. Install the piston with the directing finger and a new spring of compression. |
3. Twist a stopper without sealing ring and tighten with the moment 50 N. of m. The screw stopper is condensed with conical landing. |
