Shock-absorbers can be replaced one by one, paying attention not to their producer, and to conditional coloring and marking, for example, of "V1 orange" (orange).
Removal
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. Designate paint the provision of forward wheels in relation to a nave. Thanks to it the balanced wheel comes back after removal to the same situation. Release bolts of wheels before raising of the car. Raise the car in front and remove forward wheels. |
2. Remove from below protection of a motor compartment. |
3. Shock-absorbers at the same time serve as an emphasis of reverse motion. Put a garage jack under the lower lever of a suspension bracket and, applying wooden laying, slightly raise it that after removal of the shock-absorber the suspension bracket did not fall down. |
4. Remove a forward casing of a motor compartment. Because of difficult access to the top fastening of the shock-absorber on the right side of the car the relay of protection against an overstrain has to be removed. |
5. At the diesel the gas drive, and at the diesel with the automatic transmission – the operating depression valve is removed at the left. |

6. Unscrew a lock-nut and a nut of the shock-absorber, holding at the same time a shock-absorber rod a wrench for two lyska that it was not turned. Remove washers and a rubber support. |

7. Unscrew a nut (11u) on the lever of a suspension bracket (31), take a bolt (11k) with a washer and remove the shock-absorber. |
Prevention
The garage jack can be removed. The suspension bracket has an emphasis on the top lever which lays down on a longeron and prevents further reverse motion.

Installation
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. Check existence of the persistent buffer (11b), a protective sleeve (11f) and the dimensional plug (11u), if necessary – put on. On new shock-absorbers these details are put already on. Put a damper (11d). |
2. Put the shock-absorber with a bolt on the lower lever, having put on washers, and screw on a bolt new самоконтрящуюся a nut. Tighten it with m 55 N.' moment. |
3. By means of a garage jack put the suspension bracket lever in the position necessary for installation of the top support of the shock-absorber. |
4. Put on in front of a motor compartment a shock-absorber rod a rubber support (11c) and a washer (11b). |
5. Screw a rod nut with m 15 N.' moment, holding at the same time a shock-absorber rod for lysk a wrench. Tighten a lock-nut m 30 N.' moment, holding at the same time a nut from a provorachivaniye. |
6. Remove a garage jack. |
7. Put protection of a motor compartment. |
8. Put on wheels, observing the marking of their former situation which is earlier put with paint. Screw wheels. Lower the car on wheels and in a crosswise order tighten bolts of wheels with m 110 N.' moment. |
9. Insert the overstrain relay. |
10. At diesel models put the gas drive, respectively, the operating valve of the lowered pressure. |
